Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During launches or high-volume periods, please allow a bit of extra time—we promise it’s worth the wait.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Delivery Timing
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your location.

Pre-Orders
If you’ve ordered a pre-order item, your order will ship according to the timeline listed on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will ship together.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s with the carrier—but if anything seems off, reach out and we’ll help sort it out.

Shipping Address
